F.A.Q.

Sales & Work

Q – Where are you based?

A – Currently I’m based in Derbyshire UK

Q – Do you ship to my country?

A – I ship to everywhere except EU coutries. Unfortunately due to recent changes to EU law it simply isn’t possible for me to sell my work there at the moment.

Q – How long will my order take to arrive?

A – I always post out within a few of working days of receiving your order, if there is any delay I’ll email you to let you know.

Once your order has been packed and posted, in the UK it will usually take between 1-3 working days to get to you. Everywhere else around 1-3 weeks. But it can take longer at certain times. I send all items tracked so I will send your tracking number to the email address you include when you make your order as soon as I have it so you can see where your parcel is.

Q – How are orders packed?

A – All orders are packed in a slim box with a backing board and glassine sheets (recycleable) to protect the surface of the artwork. I try to make sure that as much of the packaging I use is recycleable.

Q – Can you send my item out quicker?

A – As it’s only me doing the packing I already get orders out as fast as I possibly can.

Q – My item arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

A – I’m so sorry! Although I take care to package orders well, or very rare occassions these things can happen. If you could send an email to me at help@haeslwrid.com with a photo of the damage (print and packaging, it helps me to work out what went wrong), we can then sort out a refund or replacement.

Q – Does my order come with tracking?

A – Yes indeed! As soon as I have the tracking code I’ll send an email to the email address you entered when you placed your order with all of the details.

Q – Do you accept returns?

A – You can find my returns policy here – if you have any other questions, please do get in touch.

Q – Who owns the artwork after purchase?

A – All artworks remain my exclusive intellectual property. When you purchase a piece from me you have the right to display it in your home or business, but you may not resell or reproduce it in any way without my written permission.

Q – Do you do private commissions?

A – I don’t at the moment.

Q – Do you offer framing?

A – I don’t, sorry, but your local framers will usually be able to help you choose and fit the perfect frame, they tend to be talented and often overlooked!

Q – Do you offer wholesale?

A – Not at the moment, but that might change in the future.

Q – Do you offer commercial licensing or commissions?

A – Possibly depending on the project, drop me an email at hello@haselwrid.com and we can have a chat!

Q – How much does p&p cost?

A – Currently if you’re in the UK it is free. If you’re in the rest of Europe it’s £9.80, USA it is £11.70 and everywhere else is £12.35. These prices may change in the future. Pleaqse also note that you are responsible for any customs fees etc. that your country may charge.

Studio

Q – Can I visit your studio?

A – I’m afraid not, I don’t currently have a separate studio space, it is in my home, and while I’m sure you are lovely it isn’t practical for me to have people turning up at my home.

Q – What materials do you use?

A – It varies. At the moment most of my work is made with watercolours and ink and that tends to be what I find most natural to work with.

Q – What brands/colours do you use?

A – Again it varies. I’ve also found over the years that what works for someone else may not give me the best results, the best thing for me was to experiment with different brands and colours and see what I liked and what helped me to get the results I wanted.
